@airboss4311 If you read the paragraph, he eventually *did* vote correctly, but only after it was clear his vote wasn't needed for passage. -
@DwayneStovall What I'm looking at is Roll Call vote #30, 2013. 285 to 144. One hardly needs a finger in the air for that.
