Try finding a dress code policy that has been litigated and the school district won. And public schools can’t force students to wear uniforms for general attendance, and even if they could, a mask is not a uniform.

In your original post, you didn’t differentiate between public and private. Do u feel the same regardless
Private schools are the same as private businesses. They have the right to manage them as they see fit according to their market. Tax payer funded schools do not have that ability.
