Students across TX are starting back to school & many choosing “in person” learning are being illegally required to wear a mask.
FYI: School superintendents, school boards, the TEA, and the governor of Texas, do not have the authority to enforce this nonsense.

Agree, but those districts do have the autonomy to require them, and parents have the right not to send their kids.

But it’s not a business, not private, and doesn’t have the authority. And what authority it does have ultimately comes from the legislature.
