Art III, Sec 62 of the TX Constitution says that even during enemy attack at no time will the TX Bill of Rights be impaired or suspended.

If you're talking about covid19, it's a disease caused by a virus and it doesn't have a 99% recovery rate. Long after the virus is gone, the damage caused, stays. So you're having a tantrum about wearing a mask? Vanity and selfishness are not liberties, thats just being a dick.
