You will put the best interests of Texas first as a U.S. Senator and still be over-ridden/out-voted by the rest of the Senate and the House. You could do much more good as a Representative in the Texas House.

No disrespect intended. They HAVE seen Jesse Helms, Barry Goldwater, and Rand Paul. We have the government we have today in spite of them or because of them. Either way, WE lost more Liberty and Freedom. You'll make noise. That's about it.
