Alex, Dwayne is correct about the Bill of Rights. It is only applied to the federal government. The idea that the BoR was incorporated is a Progressive myth.

Unless you or anyone else here can point to which piece of Progressive philosophy this point of view correlates to, then please stop using the word Progressive, because you don't understand what it means.

The individual states still have their state constitutions which the states must follow. Most of which basically recognizes the rights as the federal BoR.

This ignorance of authority is premised on your belief that because you've read a few Documents & a few subjective opinions regarding those documents, that you actually understand them. It is clear you haven't put in the work to understand the philosophies of these ideals.
