When a partial government shutdown has zero impact on the lives of regular citizens, it makes you wonder why that part would ever be reopened. Whatever agency is included, give it back to the States and close it’s federal doors. Permanently.

The Texas Constitution is clear; when the federal is derelict in its contractual agreements, ultimate responsibility falls the the Governor of Texas and the Texas Legislature to do what is necessary for Texans. The notion the States answer to an elite National ruling class is BS
