The constitution is a document that is addressed to the federal government alone. It is a restriction on government given to the people as a measuring stick. That we might know when they stop following it, they’ve departed from the founding principle of limited government.
The Constitution of United States offers no authority to the federal government to involve itself in our right to bear arms - even plastic ones. Members of this government may take that authority unconstitutionally, but that doesn't change the plain language of the Constitution

Hey, Federal "law" doesn't allow you to print AR15 lowers and sell them from home. Does it forbid printing AR15 lowers and handing them out for free? Cause if not, it would be a really awesome thing to just flood the country with them and anger liberals, for fun.

The right to bear arms is necessary to protect our natural rights of life, liberty, and property. Because of this, bearing arms is also a natural right in and of itself. We would still have it even if the Constitution specifically said we didn’t.
