  10. Today I began my working visit to Uganda, focusing on development cooperation and trade. I met with the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs. We discussed the 1.5 million refugees from the region (highest in Africa) in Uganda and the support provided by the Netherlands.

    Together with foreign minister , have arrived in Kyiv. Visited Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) and expressed our gratitude for the role they played following the downing of MH17. They worked hard to retrieve the victims’ belongings.
