Idk I think the issue with that is some areas in IL drug addiction, dealing and crimes go hand hand in hand with gang violence.
Most of us understand that a state makes substantial money off of crime via federal grants and private prison systems. Dems have changed nothing. How are you different? What changes can you make to lower income areas to prevent this and reduce crime in these areas?
