Once the DEI Board is set up, they are tasked with monitoring all local Govt (and contractors etc) for implicit bias and "potential racial bias." This includes School curriculum and materials.pic.twitter.com/neH0sWM1oB

These cities and schools then make a long statement that appears as if the science is settled; that systemic racism is the root of all problems for the Black community (and in some places, it includes other minorities).pic.twitter.com/UP7PqDZFSL

In the publication "Racism is a Public Health Crisis." the authors name four areas of racism that affects the health of Black populations: Structural, Institutional, Interpersonal, and Intrapersonal. https://filesforprogress.org/memos/racism-is-a-public-health-crisis.pdf …

The authors also advocate the use of a "racial equity tool to determine whether governmental laws, policies, and practices reinforce racism". Imagine having your city or school utilizing an equity tool to measure if actions are equitable or not.https://www.policiesforaction.org/project/are-cities-and-counties-ready-use-racial-equity-tools-influence-policy …

There will be more information coming out on this. But, in my opinion, this is another play on our system of government by people who want to control the outcomes. This isn't about equality... it's about conformity and control, and it's about our KIDS!!pic.twitter.com/Uc76Fqlb68
