How is it possible that FISC is only now "learning" of the abuses of the FBI in the submission of the application to surveil Carter Page? We have all known of it for 2 years. Can the court not call FBI & Justice Department employees before it to answer its questions? Collusion?

They need a process to verify the claims on the request. 97% approval of requests doesn't seem to show much scepticism on the court's part to allow the secret surveillance of Americans.
