Hi, we've been around since 2013 and were partnered for years and while we meet the subscription quota (barely) I doubt we'll make the time watched quota. Why aren't those years of partnership taken into account? Also how are small channels supposed to get noticed now?
Your algorithm is a problem for up and coming channels. Are you working on something to remedy this? Key words aren't enough. Perhaps a randomized feature tab based on video genre or something similar to @steam_games Discovery Queue would help?
