    UNWANTED TWEETS. I seem to be getting more and more tweets from people I do not follow or businesses promoting stuff I don’t want or ‘news’ agencies with news I have no interest in. One of the joys of twitter was relatively little of this.

    Flashback — just three days ago, we walked through 15 waterfront communities in from down to where the demolitions began. The fear was palpable, but lives were intact save those first 2000 displaced. Now all these communities are rubble. 💔

    “Where does Wike want us to go?!” — question everyone is asking. Almost a month ago communities wrote to Governor Wike asking for dialogue concerned by his then vague threats of eviction. Countless follow ups at Govt house… no response. Now demolition.

    First we commend and for building these Level 3 hospitals here in Mukuru. However, we are losing lives. Imagine going to a hospital with a deep cut only to be sent outside to get gloves. The community needs a working hospital and not just a building.
