all they had to do was not use a picture would have been so easy. It was huge fail to use, total lack of common sense.

They should have used a better picture or none at all, but any apology on photo choice would create a hellstorm of...

they already created the hellstorm. Now own the mistake, to go on as if everything is fine is tone deaf.

"owning the mistake" goes both ways when people condem Dropbox without bothering to read what they're condemning.

personally, if users feel a certain way I think it is always valid & I will do everything I can to make it right.

why dont you just hire qualified human beings? You'll end up with diversity without even trying. All this bullshit seems forced.

not at all. I’d only be “mad” if a company had to hire a lesser qualified individual simply to fill a quota.

nope! This isn’t about skin color or sex no matter how hard you try. Hire the BEST REGARDLESS of color or sex.
