@Drizly it’s almost been an hour. Store says my order left. No way to contact you or delivery driver by phone..what do I do now? Is this actually one hour or or less? Are there guarantees?

I did write in - after I called the store. The store confirmed that the delivery was on its way. However, support said it was still being prepared. It has now been over an hour - this is a really bad first impression. How do I get a refund?
