      You need to do more to protect your customers, and your drivers. Ordered twice, drivers arrived without masks, stood too close, grabbed my ID, and asked me for a signature on their phone. I won't be using your service again until this is changed.

      I did email support almost two months ago before tweeting that complaint. I never received a response. Like I said, both deliveries were done without proper precautions.

          I'm not sure what that would accomplish. They arrived on time with no issues other than the drivers not wearing masks, standing too closely, grabbing my ID, and requiring that I touch their phones. I now use a different service regularly. Have you changed the process?
