You need to do more to protect your customers, and your drivers. Ordered twice, drivers arrived without masks, stood too close, grabbed my ID, and asked me for a signature on their phone. I won't be using your service again until this is changed.

I did email support almost two months ago before tweeting that complaint. I never received a response. Like I said, both deliveries were done without proper precautions.
