That is part of the problem, we have sent two emails and no response. The store that was supposed to send our stuff isn't being responsive or helpful at all. Is there a number for your support I can call?

I’ve used them twice without a problem, except longer wait times than they probably like.. which makes sense on a weekend day in quarantine. I hope you get your stuff eventually!

Yeah- I liked them before. I think what I i’m frustrated about is the fact that we’ve been charged a significant amount of money and we have nothing to show for it and I can’t get a hold of anyone. I do hope this is resolved soon.
