That is part of the problem, we have sent two emails and no response. The store that was supposed to send our stuff isn't being responsive or helpful at all. Is there a number for your support I can call?

I’ve used them twice without a problem, except longer wait times than they probably like.. which makes sense on a weekend day in quarantine. I hope you get your stuff eventually!
