Tried @Drizly for the first time today. Delivery was quick, but they failed to give me a 12-pack I ordered — and paid for.
Contacted them through the app. Rec’d a canned e-mail response that didn’t even address my issue. Since then...crickets.
Not an auspicious beginning...
