New rules for
@Drizly in NYC: If it says 45-60 mins estimated delivery time - Multiply by 3 and apply a 50% chance of ever receiving. When the app tells you "Order En Route", expect minimum 1 hour to maybe 2 hours. Apply same 50% chance of actually receiving.

Thanks, just wish there could be some honesty with your retailers. Why do they advertise 60 min delivery times when they know that is unrealistic? Why do they tell you the order will definitely be there in 60 minutes when you call when they know it absolutely will not be?

Our 60-minute delivery time is one we have stood by for years and one we and our retail partners can confidently hit under usual circumstances. Unprecedented order volume has resulted in some orders being delayed significantly, but we apologize and appreciate your understanding.
