New rules for @Drizly in NYC:
If it says 45-60 mins estimated delivery time - Multiply by 3 and apply a 50% chance of ever receiving.
When the app tells you "Order En Route", expect minimum 1 hour to maybe 2 hours. Apply same 50% chance of actually receiving.

Do I still have to be near the delivery person or can I just leave ID at the door/through the window?

Hey Hana, the nature of alcohol delivery insists that you must have your ID scanned by the driver. However, we have encouraged our retail partners to use contactless scanning methods. Hope this helps!
