(From their "Beer Myths 101"… "skunking" is a red herring as that is indeed caused by light… but refrigeration protects hop freshness in good beer, which is why many craft brewers cool-chain)
Ah yes, thanks for pointing us to this, Richard. We’re thinking that the intent here is that if your beer warms up after being in the fridge at the store, that's really not going to affect the quality of the beer. For longer term storage of course, you want to keep it cool (1/3)
