Welp that @Drizly interaction didn’t go as planned. Now I not only trashed a bottle of wine but also look like an ungrateful friend/recipient bc instead of addressing issue w me first, the sender was contacted without asking me first. Cool thx

Already did. Just sucks that the rep said they’ve reached out to the sender. Doesn’t seem like the best approach to alert a gift giver that their gift actually sucked
