      Moylan: Yesterday we spoke about when we go to a pot shop, there's no registration... correct? Cassidy: Not for non-patients. Moylan: Is it true they can purchase 30 grams at a time? Cassidy: Yes. He's making the point that people can buy some at 9am, 10am, 11am, etc.

      Rep. @P_Windhorst (R-Harrisburg) is up now. He voted no in committee last night. Today, he's talking about the lack of a field sobriety test for cannabis in IL.

      Windhorst is talking about the concerns he has with drug dogs and probable cause. He also brought those up last night. Cassidy says there are no change to probable cause, so it shouldn't change anything for drug dogs either.

          DeLuca: No matter how you package this, whether it’s revenue or it’s criminal justice reform or is saying people are smoking it anyway, so just give up. I don’t have a crystal ball but I can pretty much guarantee you where we’re going to be in 10 yrs...& it’s not going to be good
