    There has been a lot of talk about Spotify, Joe Rogan, and Section 230. The problem with the discussion is that 230 is irrelevant because there is not a viable cause of action against Spotify -- or Rogan -- for health misinfo. These books from the 80s explain why.

    I can’t even imagine a “deal” with worse terms. Sounds like UFCW rolling over and agreeing not to fight Uber on anything, obscuring the possibility of any real bargaining power for drivers.

    Uber today announces another 'union' recognition agreement. Now, if I read this right , as a trade union, are going to join Uber to lobby to casualize employment and weaken statutory worker protections in Canada? Marvelous! Please tell me I have this wrong. 🤮
