I won't say I'm "quitting" wow because I might still pop in if I'm asked for or to mess around but I'm realizing I basically only have the time/energy for one hobby... and I want it to be art. 
So I'm pruned down to one d&d game and taking a wow break and seeing how I do.

tbf the game feels like you have to do so much to stay on top of things and i don’t feel its alt friendly, i don’t blame you a bit. proud of you for recognizing and prioritizing
There are soooo many new chores and while a lot of it's "optional", it's still nagging at you. I don't dislike the expansion one bit, but I wish it came out 5 years ago when I could have devoted myself to it better.

100% agree. I’m just now getting my second 60 geared and everyones on mythic7 or whatever and while I enjoy the questlines and still do WANT to do the other two covenant questlines, endgame is so exhausting
