not to gatekeep forsaken identity or whatever but a forsaken leader being anything but the first (scourge) generation of undead rubs me incredibly wrong. they're the only ones who really understand the initial abhorrence/rejection of the living.

tbf i suppose that can apply to voss as well but voss, at least, had a storyline that involved the initial rejection / horror / acceptance / reclamation of being undead/forasken. don't see why they're so set on one figurehead leader for the forsaken
"Forsaken" is such a political identity to begin with. Will it even need to exist? Is anybody being forsaken? Undeath is so ubiquitous that integration seems the more obvious choice than having a specific racial leader, outside of maybe some sort of council rep

i would love to see them explore how the political identity of the forsaken adapts and shifts in the wake of bfa and sylvanas', uh, All That, since there's a ton of juicy potential there but BOY do i not trust the direction they're heading with calia at the forefront of it
