If you've not already decided, the bottom floor of Nashal the Watcher (bigass statue in Stormheim) is a good open circular room for a spooky dance. I used to use it as a guild meeting spot so it should be okay for crowdspic.twitter.com/L3tUd4DDP9

Oh that is SO COOL! I'd only worry about lower level people being able to get there but I don't know what the area around it is like.

It's RIGHT off a road so there's no trouble with any nearby danger but yeah you do have to get to Stormheim somehow. It's so good though, it also has a winding stair up to another empty overlook room for post-dance kissing
