Based on what I see, I'm guessing it's the title of the video, but more specifically the repeated videos that touch hardcore issues "Pedophile Locks up Kid", "Dropping Feminist to Hell", "Meeting Incest Hillbillies", and that triggered a flag in the system for a manual review.

They see the clips focusing on these acts, and specifically, I can see where Youtube would then uses this phrase in its policy to call it out regarding violence: "It's not okay to post violent or gory content that's primarily intended to be shocking, sensational, or gratuitous"

Specific, the focus on the shocking portion and focusing on those clips, and not specifically the overall gameplay in question, is probably what triggered youtube to ban the channel. Especially when it was already reported in news organizations a week ago.

There is a debate here as it's obviously pushing the guidelines a little bit, and I would like to say the guidelines need to be more specific. But I will also say that the creator was playing with fire the way he marketed the titles. Sooner or later, he was going to be burned.

So what would he have to say about men to get him the same treatment?

That's the thing: I think it would apply the same if he were to do something along the pedophile element titles, or something along that line (race e.g). It's not specifically about the men/women, it's the focus on one topic repeatedly in a violent context, and only that context.

Please note, this is conjecture on what I see from their guidelines, and specifically why they pointed out the violence, and not the "hate speech" guideline part. I'm not defending it per say, but we've seen this in other channels, and I'm guessing with he was "singled" out.

And instead of asking him to change the title, they banned his account with his 450k subscribers. Again, Google has repeatedly shown they selectively enforce their guidelines, and they only like to ban one group of people while letting the rest slide with anything.

Oh, I'm entirely on board with you on that one. I've been asking for more specific guidelines and enforcement being universal (especially metadata abuse). Google's got a ton of problems. But, a youtuber should know that, and shouldn't be steering directly into it.
