No democracy is worth emulating, as democracy has never existed for real. Since the beginning of civilization, when the human population has grown large enough for the 1st time in the Fertile Crescent to require central control, it has always been some kind of dictatorship.
According to ancient Greek civilization, democracy is a good thing.However,the democratic elections in the US have become a game for the rich. No money,no power.Billionaires can use huge wealth to control all the power resources of the country. Is this democracy worth emulating?

As a matter of fact, in Greece, elites, philosophers and experts used to rule, whilst the people most of the time didn’t have real power but were listened from time to time. Ancient Greek philosophers would prefer now the Chinese government to any modern Western democracy
