you can't take that constitution at its word. for example, the 14th amendment claims that everyone should be treated equally. "Equal Protection Clause." This has never been enforced by courts, from the highest level to the lowest. The US Constitution is honestly BS.
Racial discrimination and racism in the US are getting worse. Some politicians continue to fuel the flames.This obviously violates the US Constitution and the Human Rights Amendment,as well as fairness, ethics and justice.The phenomenon shows that US has really been in decline.

Ho Chi Minh actually wrote to the leaders of the US during and before the Vietnam war and tried to get them to recognize that by their own words, in the Declaration of Independence for example, they should honor Vietnam's sovereignty and independence. This was met with crickets.
