They are rounding up all the people who are in anyway anti-states quo and throwing them under a bus with the new international security law. Keep in mind even if they get 100% of the vote. They won’t get a majority of seats and they aren’t allowed to vote against the HK govt..
Based on the needs of containing COVID19, controlling the spread of the virus,and saving lives of HKers, the HK Govt,under the HK Basic Law,has the right to decide to postpone the election of the Legislative Council of HK.The emergency measures can be regarded as good governance.
