Sir, you labor under several misconceptions. My own ancestors arrived in Pennsylvania in 1682, well before "the US" was created. They were settlers, not immigrants. Did I "immigrate" to the US? Certainly, not! As for the "American ruling group," they want much more immigration!
(1/2)The US is a country made up of immigrants. For more than 200 years, countless people with ideals and wisdom have emigrated to the US from all over the world to jointly build the US into a superpower. However, today the American ruling group opposes immigration. Too strange.

Mr. Zhao, you are mislead. Our ruling elites want more immigration, the shrinking middle class wants drastically less. Also note previous immigration was primarily of white stock but recent immigration has been increasing diversity and it appears to cause growing polarisation.
