I would also say lots of less testing … for example it used to be impossible to secure a rapid PCR test at the city health center in Chelsea. Now you can even book same day.
First time in 6 months NYC had less than 1,000 diagnosed cases. Cases are dropping fast and if this continues will be <300 by end of month. But we're not out of the woods; far too many immunity-deserts vaccine isn't reaching.

Is that true? I haven’t needed to get tested myself, but in my parents’ neighborhood in downtown Brooklyn there is literally a covid testing center on every block. No exaggeration—they moved in when other businesses had to close. Are they just too concentrated?
