There are about 6 million car accidents each year in the U.S. Should we do "what we need to do to stop" them? (stay home, etc.)
Every minute or so a person in the United States is killed by #COVID19. This is not an unpredictable terrorist attack, it's the predictable (and predicted) result of not doing what we need to do to stop the virus.

Actually, folks fought hard for common sense, seatbelt safety laws - saved many lives. That’s all the doctor is trying to do - is trying to save lives. Wash hands, wear a mask, social distance. All as simple as “buckling up”!

Just saw the numbers from the natural experiment in Kansas of those counties wearing masks-with declining infections-and those not wearing masks-rapidly increasing infections. Not all infections cause death or disability but I'll wear my mask.
