A non-medical person (Pence) should not B the head of this task force. It makes no sense.

Texas may not have had state stay-at-home earlier, but major metropolitan area cities did. That may not count in this state list, but it counts for the reduction in Covid19 cases. Also matters what is "essential", as Texas still includes churches in that category. 🙄🤦♀️
