  This is propaganda for naive people. Let them know about failed results in test validation as a result of the lack of quality of universities in #Cuba. Also let them know how bad health care is in the country for cubans, what is available and what not.

  ELAM is a great example of power abuse by a government that takes away resources from its own people to give them away to others, not for altruism, but for demagoguery and propaganda. Did you visit any medical school for Cubans inside the country? #Cuba
