To provide excellent healthcare services it is important to ensure that the Medical degree programs at all Universities are monitored for their academic quality as it is the present MBBS graduates of those Universities who will be the future medical practitioners of that nation.

One of those statements that sounds important but says nothing. It based on a false choice, no one makes. The challenge is with limited funds and growing entitlements what are the right choices?
