One thing is for sure @DrTedros that announcing in echo chamber is useless. Global goal including UHC can not be achieved unless the nations, provinces, districts and villages are with the idea. Top down will not work, it has never worked.

So, apart from appointing women to directorships without a competitive process (thus sending the message that they can't compete) what are you doing to remove barriers to gender parity? Parity in family leave? Helping women to re-enter the workforce after career break? No.
