It's sad that this is what's happening here. I see patients presenting in late stage breast cancer, horrid and fetid fungating lesions just because they're too poor to access healthcare. It's heartbreaking.

I work in a cancer center in Lagos. Presentations are mainly stages 3 & 4. Sometimes access to healthcare isn’t just about finance/poverty,but also about the lack of health education of the populace by health professionals,the cultural barriers, underlying health infrastructure.

We all deserve the right to health and wellness. We should not dance to the tune or opinion of the health professionals that believe they know it all to the detriment of we all. Let's try other options, I've a natural remedy to cancer cure.

I agree. However there needs to be regulation on what these so called not for profit healthcare providers are charging. Totally out of hand. Most expensive healthcare in the world.
