PLEASE can WHO issue guidance that vaccines must only be given in the manner they have been trialled. Pfizer are clear this means 2 doses 3 weeks apart. UK is allowing single dose or up to 12 week gap between doses of AstraZeneca/Oxford vaccine which has not been trialled.
