On 28 February, @WHO raised the risk assessment for the #COVID19 outbreak
to “very high” globally, based on the spread of the new #coronavirus & countries’ capacity to respond.
The risk within #China remained unchanged as "very high."
The global #COVID19 risk is very high for following reasons (1):
-increase of international spread of cases
-large clusters of cases currently reported outside 
-limited testing capacity in some countries
-potential medical supply shortages

Why won’t @CDCgov authorize testing of more people when they present with symptoms? How can US control the spread if they are not testing?
They don't have the equipment. The first batch of kits CDC sent out was mostly faulty, and it's expensive (see the guy in Florida who just got back from China and thought he might have it). He gets a 3K+ bill from the hospital...
You contributed to that by failing to recommend reduced air travel or failing to tell all airlines to give out masks & gloves to reduce droplets spreading.
