In my speech at #MSC2020 I asked international community in the fight against #COVID19 to:
1. Use the window of opportunity to intensify our preparedness
2. Take a whole-of-government approach. This is not a job for health ministers alone
3. Be guided by solidarity, not stigma
In our fractured & divided 
, health is one of the few areas which offers the opportunity for countries to work together for a common cause.
