It is clear now that WHO is not able to adequately evaluate risks and respond to such a disaster. They should resign immediately and let the real experts do the job.

Advice Hong Kong‘s Carrie Lam to close Hong Kong’s border to China. 6 out of 5 confirmed cases are from Wuhan, they‘re using Hong Kong’s resources which is already scares.
Lam is under CCP control, she will do only what they order.
