HOW they do it also matters @DrTedros. @WHO can provide the moral force to ensure that provision is equitable, accessible & affordable to ALL.

New transformed WHO talking the right talk on NHS with PHC and UHC towards Health For All and reaching the WHO3B & SDG3 targets. Need more walk the talk in countries with, HSS& Public Health and NHS institution and capacity strengthening. Models: e.gKazakstan, Kenya, Indonesia ?

Then WHO needs to step up its support to countries to do it, and help stop them introducing user fees and divisive insurance schemes.
