it's not electric, but they plan to start male electric vehicles in 2020 as of now they are changing all Motorcycles to electric.

Should be assembled in Rwanda. To have assembly factories in Africa is good but no the future. Africa has to invest education in technology to leapfrog the future. No shortcuts.
