Nope, raising taxes is a an excuse for not addressing a solution. Increased taxes don't work until the target of the tax has financial issues. Those who can afford the high cost still participate as we are seeing now. Shows no empathy for the cause which is far more complex.

Like the city of Jamestown, NY, Our Mayor Teresi needs to do a survey of our City to see how to transform the city into a great place to work and shop. They need to figure out what they need our Tax dollars to be used for, and make it public.
