  Today is World War III in Africa-Nigeria-CAR-Cameroun- Sudan and Middle East- Yemen with Malaria, Cholera and Ebola Etc. Health delivery cab be neutral with local community health workers and extension workers. ICR, IFRC. MSF etc should work more with neutral WHO
